How to buy items Online?

You will first need to login or create a new account using your Phone Number. Once you have an account you can start browsing and discovering items available on the Maliks App. Once you’ve selected everything you want and added it to your shopping basket. Proceed to the shopping basket and complete your payment and delivery details and your products will be with you in no time!

How can I directly contact the Maliks customer service team?

You can contact us directly by Whatsapp or by the Contact Us button. If you click on the whatsapp icon on the top of the page you will automatticaly be put in contact with customer service. Alternatively, you could press the menu button then contact us to send us pictures, voice notes, or an email.

What are the accepted Payment Methods on Maliks App?

Maliks accepts Cash on Delivery where you can pay for your order once Delivered to you.

My item is defective.

If your item is defective or is not working as it is supposed to please contact our customer service team who will provide you with the steps to proceed with fixing or returning the item depending on your particular case and based on our terms&conditions.

Can I replace or return an item?

At the moment we do not offer replacements, but you can still choose to return an item. Please check our Return Policies for more information. The return policy for each item can be found in your basket before you’ve proceeded to your payment.

I filed my complaint and contacted your customer service team but I still have not received any response. When can I expect a reply?

Our first and foremost priority is to keep you satisfied, and part of that is hearing and answering your every complaint. If we have not responded yet, we apologize for the delay but rest assured that you we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Can I have my items delivered to a country different to the one my account is registered at?

Unfortunately, your items can only be delivered to the country your account is registered at.

What happens if the item I received is not the item I ordered?

In the unlikely event that this happens, please contact us by whatsapp and we will immediately take action to replace the wrong item as quickly as possible.

However, please make sure to keep the item in the same condition as it was received and with the original package intact.

Can I return an item if I’ve received it more than 15 days ago?

According to our Return Policy, you can return your Item within 15 days of receiving your item as long as it meets the return conditions

How long does delivery take?

We Deliver within 24 hours inside Beirut.

As for outside beirut it can take anywhere between 2-4 Working Days excluding Saturdays&Sundays and National Holidays. This depends on Aramex (our delivery partner) and the destination.

All orders will be delivered before 5:00 pm

What happens after setting an order?

After you set your order we will be notified by it and send it to our nearest branch to your location. We will then prepare your order and it will be delivered to your destination.
